Most weekends, you’ll also find me cheering from the sidelines at one of my daughter’s travel team softball tournaments. Education has played an important role in my journey. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, with minors in theology and marketing. I later completed a Master’s degree in Industrial‐Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and continued on to earn a Ph.D. in Industrial‐Organizational Psychology (a.b.d.). This background helps shape the way I approach relationships, communication, and problem‐solving with the customers I serve.
